Once you begin collecting saliva, you can tease your pet with their favorite treat (without letting them eat it) to stimulate saliva production. Collect as much saliva as possible within one hour and mail the kit in — even a partially filled tube is usually sufficient, and the lab will send a replacement kit if needed at no extra charge.
