WildRoot was born from two things: a lifelong love of animals and a deep respect for the planet they live on.

I've been caring for pets since I was a kid — nearly 18 years of walks, feedings, midnight check-ins, and everything in between. Over the years I've worked with dogs, cats, rabbits, birds, snakes, rodents, and plenty of animals in between. What I've learned from all of them is that pets thrive when we pay attention to what goes into and around their bodies.

That belief got a scientific backbone when I earned my degree in Environmental Science and Sustainability. Suddenly the connection between natural ingredients, sustainable sourcing, and animal wellbeing wasn't just instinct — it was something I could actually build around.

WildRoot is the result — a woman-owned, Pacific Northwest small business built from the ground up. Every product in this store is something I'd genuinely recommend to my own pet sitting clients, chosen for safety, sustainability, and the simple fact that it works. No fillers, no gimmicks, no greenwashing.
